Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aspire Global Migration & Education Consultants, we value your time and aim to deliver
professional, transparent migration advisory services. This policy balances client flexibility with efficient
scheduling and resource management.

Service Overview

  • Comprehensive profile and visa eligibility assessment
  • Consultation with a Registered Migration Agent (RMA)
  • Document checklist and initial document review
  • PR pathway and migration strategy guidance

Consultation Fees

  • Standard Consultation (RMA): $100 + GST
  • Urgent Consultation: $250 + GST

Urgent Consultation Conditions

  • Urgent Consultation Fee: $250 + GST
  • Refund only if client is assessed as not eligible for any visa pathway
  • No refund if client is eligible but chooses not to proceed

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Up to 2 reschedules allowed with 24 hours’ notice
  • Cancellations or changes must be notified at least 24 hours in advance
  • No rescheduling within 24 hours except in exceptional circumstances
  • Final decision rests with Aspire Global Migration & Education Consultants

  • 50% refund if client is not eligible
  • 50% refund if cancellation is made 24 hours before appointment
  • No refunds within 24 hours of appointment
  • No refund if eligible but client decides not to proceed
  • Refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method
